Shipping Policy

All sales are considered final. Cancellations and product modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by Conture Clout staff. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, no further changes can be made to the order. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes to shipping addresses, or alterations to product variants.

Customers requesting changes or cancellations must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, fulfillment timelines may prevent modifications.

Delivered/Undeliverable/Incorrect Address Orders: 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Conture Clout will not be held liable for delivery errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted address details submitted by the customer.

Customers are strongly advised to ensure that:

  • The full delivery address is accurate and includes applicable apartment, suite, or unit numbers

  • The name of the intended recipient (including "Occupant" if applicable) is clearly stated

  • The shipping destination is secure and capable of receiving parcels

Shipping labels are automatically generated based on the exact information provided at checkout. Conture Clout does not assume responsibility for packages that are:

  • Delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input

  • Marked as undeliverable, disposed, returned to sender, or addressee unknown by the courier

Once delivery confirmation is provided by the courier, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or re-shipments under any circumstances related to address errors or failed deliveries.

Return/Change of Mind: 

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are payable upon delivery.

Replacement Policy

If your order exhibits a legitimate product defect within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible for a complimentary replacement under our Free Replacement Policy.

To initiate a claim, please email our customer support team within the 30-day window and include clear video evidence of the defect for review.

Please note that all replacement requests are subject to verification. Conture Clout reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any defect claim and retains full discretion to approve or deny replacements.
